(Undated) -- Graduation rates are up in Illinois. School Superintendent Chris Koch says 86-percent of high school students are walking across the stage, even though more than half of them are considered low-income. Still, Koch says students are staying focused and earning their diplomas. He says the dropout rate is the lowest it's been in 15-years.
