Screens Causing Eye Muscles To Work Too Hard

(Undated)  --  Sitting in front of a computer screen for long periods of time might be causing you to develop Computer Vision Syndrome.  Doctor Rishi Singh says looking at a computer screen causes issues with your eyes.  Looking at any types of screens, such as smart phones and tablets, will also give you higher risk of developing C-V-S.  The most common symptoms are headaches, blurred vision and eyestrain.  To help counteract looking at a screen, Doctor Singh recommends taking breaks every hour.
