State Accepting LIHEAP Applications

(Springfield, IL) -- Seniors and people with disabilities in Fulton County and the rest of the state may be eligible to get help paying their heating bills this winter. The state is accepting applications for the LIHEAP program. The program is specifically designed to help low-income families avoid disconnection when their bills are the highest.
