Judges Face Disciplinary Action
(Bloomington, IL) -- Two McLean County judges are facing disciplinary action after having an alleged affair that created a conflict of interest. A complaint filed with the Illinois Judicial Inquiry Board reveals Judges Scott Drazewski and Rebecca Foley started seeing each other in December of 2010. Drazewski presided over several cases that involved Foley's husband, who's an attorney, during the course of the affair, but recused himself once the man found out. If the charges are accurate the two judges could be reprimanded, suspended, or even removed from the bench.
