Preventing Hot Car Deaths Of Children Requires Vigilance

(Undated)  --  Preventing the deaths of small children in hot cars requires vigilance.  Dr. Purva Grover is an emergency-room doctor.  She says about half of these deaths happen accidentally to loving parents or caregivers that just forget.  Grover says the temperature inside a car can reach 125 degrees in minutes.  She suggests leaving an important item on the backseat.  That way, people will see their child when they open the back door.
