(Canton, IL) -- Three individuals from Canton are facing charges after Canton police were dispatched to an apartment complex on the north edge of Canton late last month. Police say they were dispatched to the Country Club Apartments located on Cypress Road on Sunday, June 29th on a battery complaint. Upon arrival, police identified a female involved in the incident as 29-year old Jaime S. Waller. Officers say that Waller had visible injuries on both sides of her neck where there was redness. Waller told police that she had been arguing with 19-year old Sybellen K. Mulligan at the complex when the argument turned physical. She also told authorities that while she was fighting with Mulligan that 20-year old Kaleigh A. Pokorny began hitting her while she was on the ground. Officers attempted to locate Mulligan but she had apparently left the scene. Officers did locate Mulligan later that night at just before 8 at the apartment complex. She was found to be wanted on a valid 2013 Fulton County Misdemeanor Warrant, failure to appear consumption of alcohol. Mulligan was arrested and taken to the Canton Police Department to be processed for the warrant. She posted a $400 cash bond and a $20 processing fee for the warrant and was released. Mulligan, Waller and Pokorny were all arrested on charges of battery as a result of the fight. All three were given notice to appears and have August Fulton County Court dates in Lewistown.
