(Undated) -- The Illinois Department of Employment Security is offering a new tool to help job seekers build a better resume. The new Resume Builder is good for people who haven't had to put a resume together in a while and will help them highlight important parts of their work history. Anyone can use the resume builder, they don't have to be unemployed to get help. However, the tool is available to the more than 490-thousand people in Illinois who are without work.
