State Parks To Receive Upgrades
(Springfield, IL) -- A popular hunting spot between Cass and Mason County is getting some much needed upgrades. Doug Jallas with the Sanganois State Park in Chandlerville says they're getting money from the state to help fix up some of the levees in the park. The Illinois Department of Natural Resources is helping to pay for the upgrades. It's part of a multi-million-dollar initiative to help maintain roads, trail ways, campgrounds, and other items in parks across the state. Sanganois State Park is a popular spot for duck hunting in Illinois.
