Healthy Snack Options For Kids

(Undated)  --  Your children's snacks don't have to be junk food.  Registered dietitian Jennifer Willoughby says a good snack has two main parts.  For example, Willoughby suggests fruit with peanut butter or a vegetable with hummus as snack options.  She says the big thing is to teach your children portion control.  Snacks are supposed to be small and not another meal.
