(Canton, IL) -- Last week, Graham Hospital experienced some network issues that included their computer and their phone system. The problem lasted for several days. Hospital officials say their concern is always first and foremost their patients, providing safe care for all. During the time of the problem, they had to return to doing business the "old way" of documenting all patient information with the paper system. Bob Senneff, the President and CEO says that many people worked behind the scenes to manage the technological issues. The network issues have been resolved. Things were working the way they were suppose to by last Thursday. Senneff said he wanted to thank everyone for their patience and understanding during this difficult time and wanted to acknowledge the entire Health System staff on a job well done.
