The Humane Society of Fulton County has a large variety of cats, kittens, puppies and dogs.  Mixed breeds as well as pure-bred animals are available.

They'd like to encourage the public to stop by the facility at 22988 E. IL 9Hwy, Canton and select a pet from the many available.  Fee is a $100 deposit, $75 dollars of that will be refunded once the adopted pet has been altered (spay or neuter) and has had shots.  The Humane Society also provides a $50 voucher towards the spay or neuter of the animal.

Adoption hours are

Tuesdays 5pm-8pm

Saturdays from 10am to 2pm

Sundays from 1-4pm or by appointment.
